I recently worked with a PR company for my business, and they did a satisfactory job. Although they met the basic requirements, there was room for improvement. The team at KnackPR is professional, but I expected more creativity and innovation in their PR campaigns. Nevertheless, their services were satisfactory, and I appreciate their efforts.
