They are an excellent resource for the hearing impaired. They carry a full line of products and provide excellent service. I came in need of an amplified phone for my mother, given the one I bought online arrived not working. I was able find both an amplified phone and an amplifier for her cell phone. Paige was patient and explained all of the products in a detailed manner. Kudos to this place for serving the needs of the hearing impaired and obviously being an excellent employer that is evidenced in staff's knowledge and service orientation.
