I recently had a not-so-great experience with Pinnacle Africa. The delivery of my order was delayed, and when I contacted their customer support, they didn't provide a satisfactory explanation. However, after raising the issue, they were quick to resolve it and offered compensation for the inconvenience caused. I appreciate their effort to make things right.
