I have been a customer of Plano Star Courier for a few months now and I must say, their service is average. While they do deliver the newspaper on time, sometimes it gets wet due to insufficient packaging. The content of the newspaper is great, though, with a good balance between local news and features. However, the customer support could be improved as they are not very responsive to inquiries. Overall, I would rate Plano Star Courier as average.
