I recently booked a trip with Selam Travel, Inc. Overall, it was an okay experience. The booking process was simple and straightforward. However, I expected better customer service. The staff seemed disinterested and not very helpful. The tour itself was average, nothing extraordinary. I would consider trying another travel company next time.
