I once participated in a great promotion by luv2move with the thought of I will not win! You guessed it yes I was one of the winners and then there is no turning back.
With nodding knees and shaky hands I went after my 1st lesson, but I was received wonderfully by Linda and later at Evelien and soon I got hold of the luv2move "virus" although I still thought all new people and challenges were scary.
I always said (if they asked me isn't that for you?) I'm way too stiff for that and with my fibromyalgia that's not good for my body.
I am now 5 months later and have been taking medicines for more than 7 years that I am now rid of. I became a different person through luv2move. Evelien I am very grateful that you gave me that opportunity.
With you you can just be yourself whether you are slim or a size more, flexible or as stiff as a board everyone is equal and does it in its own way.
You have a great team around you that motivates everyone.
