I have a mixed opinion about Offer In Compromise. While their services are decent and the website is easy to navigate, I found their customer support to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response from them and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. I expected better service considering the reputation they have. Overall, I would rate them as average.
