You tell them to go up, they go down. You tell them to turn right, they turn left. I've been in graphic design for 37 years. I've been designing for companies with the likes of At&t, BMW, the list is endless. In all my years of being in this industry, I have never experienced such incompetence. The level of idiocy of this place is heinously astonishing.
I gave them a job at the beginning of the week. I physically came in to check on the job one day prior to the due date only to discover it had not been started yet. I returned the morning of the job with videos, and instruction sheets on how to do the job, placement of art, colors etc. I returned the same afternoon to find a business in disarray, a sales associate with an unfathomable attitude, and the job completely destroyed.
In any business where one seeks to excel, excellence is in the execution of prime principles applied from rational thinking, and organization. Comprehension of the basic needs of the client will carry an individual far past the winds of mere mediocrity. Experience is not just a word to be placed on a resume, but in turn should reflect a life that has been forged in the steel of knowledge.
I'm very sure that it comes as no surprise to the individuals who work there how many lives they negatively affected, and how much time has been lost to clients who have put their trust in Embroidme. My time was wasted, my trust has been misplaced. The job was for a prominent, and respected individual. I am left now with missing my chance, and losing one of the most important accounts due to this circus of place. I am now currently on my way to a bar to drink myself into a dark hole, as so I may forget I ever came across such a place.
Ask for the best, expect the worst. You have been warned.
