Planted wrong grass seed, used wrong straw, left a mess of twine for me to clean up, left stumps/roots they were supposed to remove, seeded areas I didn't want them to (sand areas for fire pit & playset), and worst of all, Wyatt Thompson made excuses whenever I voiced concern...until I left a bad review and contacted the BBB; then all of a sudden he called to apologize.
