I had a mediocre experience with Omni direct. The products I purchased were just average and didn't meet my expectations in terms of quality. Additionally, the website was not very user-friendly and I had difficulty finding the items I wanted. The customer support was okay but could have been more responsive. Overall, I am not highly impressed with this company.
