I recently visited the Spirit Mountain Casino with my family to eat at the Buffet and the experience was not pleasant to say the least ...
We arrived 10 minutes before the opening of the buffet at 4pm and were able to pay by 4:02 pm for 7 people in our party. There was a very long line already walking in and were told that they had paid in advance. We were not aware of this and understood there would be a wait of maybe 50 minutes to an hour, and patiently waited for our turn. As time kept going, we watched our paid ticket as it approached its turn to be called and this is why I am writing this review... to our dismay, our ticket kept being skipped by all other smaller parties to the point where people that had arrived an hour after us had already been seated. When we complained, we were told that our party was large and therefore needed a bigger table. We still continued to wait and kept looking at our receipt being skipped until, after repeatedly complaining, were seated at 6:45pm.
Your system is terrible, nobody should have to wait almost two hours to eat at any decent restaurant, on top of that, your people did not seem to care at all whether we waited or not, after all you have plenty of others ready to take our place!
Needless to say, we will never go back to this place as this is not the treatment any customer should receive. I can only hope that my review serves a purpose so you rethink your very dysfunctional system and make amends, at least it may save someone else from having the same experience.
