Left a review at this McDonald's in Denton and con...

Left a review at this McDonald's in Denton and contacted JSP through an email. No response. Their franchises under this management company obviously don't care about their customer base. I have included the review I left for their newest McDonald's location in Denton, TX.

Not sure how they train the employees at this location. The details of my review can be explained through the email I sent to "JSP Management", who own this franchise:

*Email I sent to JSP on January 1, 2020... No response as of February 25, 2020*
I am writing today (1/12/2020) to address the multiple times I have been to Denton's newest location, #39266, off of Ft Worth Drive. On 5 different occasions, I have placed orders and traveled home only to find that an item or two was not put into my order that I paid for. The last time this happened was this morning when I placed my order #1351 at 6:10AM for 3 orders of the "breakfast 2 for $1.50". Because of my experience at this location, I checked the bag after receiving my order through the drive through. One of the sandwiches was missing.

I can't stress enough how much I am fed up with this location and its blatant disregard for making sure orders are delivered to customers right. One or two times is an honest mistake, but 5 times in the course of two weeks is unacceptable.

I would like someone to reach out to me to rectify this issue so that I know it has been addressed with the staff at this location. I am sick of wasting my gas in my truck to turn around and go tell them what they did wrong.

By the time they fix my mistake, my food is cold, and I am wondering what I even paid for.
