I had a somewhat mixed experience with Stilisimo. The quality of their products is excellent, and I'm really satisfied with my purchase. However, the customer service could definitely use improvement. It took a long time to get a response when I had a question, and when I finally did, the representative wasn't very helpful and seemed quite disinterested. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
