I had a mixed experience with Excel decorators, inc. While the painters were professional and completed the work within the given timeframe, the final output was not as expected. There were some areas where the paint was uneven, and the attention to detail could have been better. However, they did immediately address our concerns and made necessary touch-ups. The customer service was good, but the quality of work needs improvement.
