The customer service at Caroll is excellent. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to assist with any issues or questions. I recently had a problem with a dress I purchased, and they quickly resolved the issue and provided a replacement. I highly recommend Caroll for their outstanding customer service.
