The staff is friendly when you are in the process of purchasing a vehicle, but they lose interest in you after purchase. When in for a service visit I expressed to many sales individuals I was looking to potentially trade in my current vehicle and repurchase a new vehicle from them. Not one person actively tried to help me, they all dismissed me and instead were too focused on the football game on the tv in the service waiting area. Also I take very good care of my car and come in for routine oil changes and maintenance checks, but that doesn't stop them from telling me I need hundreds of dollars of work on my car.
