I recently used a remote proctoring solution for an exam, and it was a fairly average experience. The system was relatively easy to set up and use, but there were a few technical glitches during the exam that caused some frustration. Additionally, I found the interface to be a bit clunky and not very intuitive. However, the customer support team was responsive and helpful in addressing my concerns. Overall, while the service did its job in proctoring the exam, I think there is room for improvement in terms of user experience and technical reliability.
