I recently used the services of this organization for my child's early learning needs. I found the website to be very informative and easy to navigate, which was helpful in finding the necessary resources and information. However, I did encounter some challenges when trying to reach a representative for additional assistance. It took longer than expected to get a response, which was a bit frustrating. 🤔 Overall, the organization provides valuable resources, but there's room for improvement in their customer service responsiveness.
