Metro Payroll INC has been my go-to payroll provider for the past 5 years. Their service has been average overall. While they provide all the basic features needed for payroll processing, their website lacks modern functionality. It feels outdated and not very user-friendly. The customer support team is helpful but can be slow to respond at times. I hope Metro Payroll will invest in improving their technology and user experience in the future.
