I recently used their software for medical imaging and found it to be sufficient. The user interface was a bit clunky, but the functionality was acceptable. The customer support was responsive and knowledgeable, which was a plus. However, I did experience some technical issues that took a bit of time to resolve. Overall, it was an average experience. I would consider using them again if they improve the user interface and technical stability.
