One of the service men from the Water Authority came to my home today to change the water meter from manually reading to reading it from driving by the house. His name is Dan DiForieo (I hope the spelling is correct); he was friendly and knowledgeable and went out of his way to complete the job. My water meter is in a very difficult location to reach and work on, and he went above and beyond to complete the job without complaint. You have a very good employee there.
