Close to highway and universities. Great price as it is alot cheaper than others in town. Free breakfast , free parking, free wifi. Agreed with other reviews about renovation and improvements needed. Bed was actually comfortable. Room was clean but occasionally the bathroom has smell from the sink. Staff were polite and friendly.
