I picked up my 21 TRX today!!! The build was a 6 month process and COVID affected the build but I stayed constant contact with the Sales manager Greg Gantner. Let me tell you all... he is by far the best sales manager I have dealt with my whole life and I ve owned 15 cars. We kept in constant contact over the last 6 months and it was a great experience. The Sales guy that also finished the deal with me was Royce and he also is top notch. This dealer has by far the best employees I ve seen in a dealer. Troncalli completely took care of my when I got screwed over by another dealer on my build I went straight here and met Greg and him and the team got my build in their queue and took care of me financially and had great customer service. I didn t have one issue once over the last 6 months if this deal. They went above and beyond all my expectations. Thank you Greg and Royce!!!! Ask for these guys!!! I plan on keeping in contact with these guys as friends outside of buying cars from them. Thank you Troncalli!!!
