We had a great experience with the Larose Team and, in particular, our agent, Chris. As first time home buyers, Chris provided us with excellent guidance and advice, taking the time to frequently discuss any questions we might have and to explain the "quirks" of the Toronto housing market. Purchasing a home during a pandemic is a stressful process but we were continually impressed by Chris' professionalism, responsiveness and support.
