Late Friday afternoon I stopped by Lexus Northlake because I'd been having trouble all week with my iPhone's bluetooth audio playing through the car speakers. As usual at HLN I received exceptional customer service. Tyler Marovich could not have been more patient, helpful, and thorough in troubleshooting my problem (which of course turned out to be "operator error") and demonstrating the solution. Thank you, Tyler! Thank you HLN for ensuring every service and/or support encounter I've had over the two and a half years I've owned my Lexus (thinking of you - Eric, Matt, and Sherif) has been a joy!
