Had a terrible experience. Building leaked what smells like urine from the ceiling on myself and a member of our group. Management comped a Tootsie's T-shirt to wear due to the smell but refused to refund any money paid for drinks or even comp one round (6 beers) to our group due to the issue. Claimed we should have stayed away from the leaking area marked by a caution sign, trust me we weren't standing on top of any sign. Terrible customer service.
