The Nomaa hotel provided a disappointing experience during my recent stay. The room was not as clean as I would have expected, and the customer service was lackluster. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, which was frustrating. However, the location was convenient and the amenities were adequate. Overall, I would rate my stay as average.
