I can best describe MERCE as adequate. If you don't have insurance their Star Card Discount program makes access to see a doctor affordable which is a good service to the community.
However the clinic has a hard time keeping consistent doctors on staff. Everytime I go I am seeing a new PCP which makes talking about health issues difficult since I have to explain everything to the doctor every time I go. Every new doctor has his / her own way of doing things which leads to inconsistent treatment from one visit to the next.
