Very slow and fragmented check-in process. Room was not ready, and did not include baby cot on arrival despite time being almost 9pm. After 30 mins the hotel provides an extra adult bed, which was refused promptly. Breakfast fee waived due to check-in delay. Balcony dirty with stains and litter after previous occupant. However, all other experiences excellent or close to perfect.
