I have been a customer of Melad al-khobar for several years now and I must say that their service is average. It is not exceptional, but also not terrible. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, although sometimes a bit slow. The quality of their products is decent, but I have found some inconsistencies in the past. Overall, I would say that Melad al-khobar is an alright company to do business with.
