I dont know exactly what is made or done at this p...

I dont know exactly what is made or done at this place but theres an employee that shows up every morning between 6am and 630am blasting their car stereo. I live at the top of the hill and it wakes me and my neighbors every single day. How can we stop this? This still continues to happen 1/23/20.
