I had an overall positive experience with GoRentacar. The car I rented was in good condition and the staff at the pickup location were polite and helpful. The booking process was fairly straightforward, although I did encounter a minor issue with the website. However, this was quickly resolved by the customer support team. I would consider renting from GoRentacar again in the future.
