I had an overall average experience with Progressive Image INC. While their website was user-friendly and their products were of decent quality, their customer service was lacking. It took a long time to get a response when I had a question, and when I finally did, the representative was not very helpful. However, I appreciate that they offer a wide range of products and their prices are competitive.
