Made to feel like a second class citizen... in room coffee is Starbucks, however... literally one creamer (which curdled on my coffee) and one sweet n lo per cup... went down stairs, counter person told me to go to the restaurant... restaurant lady looked at me like I had 4 heads...
Now, let me back up...arrived at 2pm, check in is at 3pm, ok, cool...we will wall around a bit.. come back a little after 3... room still not ready..but others walking in looking at little more 'sophisticated' than myself are going up with their keys... mkay, walk up to the counter...uhmm, why are they getting a room... looks at me, they have 'a different room type' mmmmkay...do I need to upgrade?? Because.....believe me.. that is not a problem...
no...she says...and giggles...
we are completely booked...
mkay... we wait an hour..in the lobby, after traveling 700 miles... then we get our room... and a 30 Dollar voucher for food/drinks.. that expires in like 12 hours of us receiving it...
the room is nice, great view, shower is ahhhmazing...but the room is soooo hot... if you like sauna for a bedroom, I guess... but will be sleeping with only the sheet tonight, literally the thermostat is on 60...

Mkay... called front desk in reference to the air conditioning situation... very fast response..very nice guy... he stated that the 'chillers' are turned off if guest complains it's too cold...so basically we had been just blowing air...even though the ac was set on 60...long story short...if you're room is hot...it's not you, do yourself a favor and call the front desk... it's them, not you..

The mini fridge.... ehhhmmm.... THEIR mini fridge... don't worry trying to buy anything outside and trying to keep it inside... it is stocked with items that will automatically be charged to your room if removed, even if you just pull it to look at it and you put it back...NOTHING ELSE WILL FIT IN THERE

also, there is NO microwave ... so, don't buy a larger portion of world famous memphis bbq thinking you're gonna get an awesome snack later... because you can't keep it cold aaaand you can't warm it up...
