I have been a customer of Heitkamp Properties LLC for a few years now and I must say they are average in terms of service and quality. The rates are reasonable but nothing exceptional. The staff is friendly and helpful but sometimes slow to respond to inquiries. Overall, I would rate my experience with them as average.
