This old dude will literally stand in the window and watch to see where people park. He thinks he owns the 3 spaces in front of his shop. Sorry, no you don't! The lot is public parking. The people going to Ranch Cafe use all the curbside spaces that are open, since their doing most of the business in that area. This old man will also come out and confront you if you park in one of the 3 spaces he has marked from a sign hanging in business windows! He approached me one day and I told him to get out of my face and I'll park anywhere I wanted here that he didn't own any parking spaces!!!
