Arbuckles used to be a really good place to eat. Their pizza and cheese fries were as good, if not better than Springville Wharf which also has similiar dining fare. But Arbuckles now lives on their former reputation. The cheese fries were not done soggy and they apparently forgot to add the garlic butter sauce. The penne that my son ordered was cold and not drained. The usual side of garlic bread was forgotten as well. The wait staff individual forgot drinks and was nowhere to be seen during the course of our meal. I used to really like to go to Arbuckles, but now it is Aryukles. The prices have always been high, but when the food and service was good, I did not mind. I will not pay high prices for substandard cheese fries or slipshod service. I and my family will never eat at Arbuckles again. Maybe they should call up Robert Irvine from Restruant Impossible to help them out.
