I recently used the services of a fundraising company and had a mixed experience. Although Fund Raisers Etc INC was reliable in terms of communication and delivery, I felt that the results were not up to par. The lack of creativity in their approach left me slightly disappointed. Nonetheless, they managed to reach our fundraising target, so I appreciate their efforts.
