Reasonable shopping mall - has all the necessities...

Reasonable shopping mall - has all the necessities but has largely fallen still over the years and many of the better stores have left and replaced by outlet stores or just standing empty. It does appear to be working on improving, including a large cinema being built, but other than the weekends it's rather quiet and dull. Parking prices are ridiculous except for Saturday till noon and Sunday in its entirety when it's free, expect crowds those days.
