I can't say enough good things about the Independent yoga instructor at roots-to-wings.co.uk. The classes are fantastic, and the instructor's expertise and passion for yoga shine through in every session. The atmosphere is welcoming and inclusive, and I always feel supported and encouraged to challenge myself.
