I had a mixed experience with Process nmr associates, llc. The overall service was satisfactory, but there were some areas where they could improve. The communication was decent, although there were a few instances where I felt like my questions were not fully addressed. The rate at which they completed the work was average, neither exceptional nor terrible. In terms of professionalism, the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. However, I expected a little more attention to detail. Overall, a decent experience.
