I first saw a Chryler Town & Country minivan online and emailed Mike Banashek regarding it. He responded quickly and within a day we had a test drive scheduled. When I walked in, everyone was friendly and personable. Mike had a very personal and laid back approach while showing me all the features of the vehicle and answering all of my questions.

When Jessica came to speak to me about financing options, she was so friendly and informative about all of my options with different amounts of money down and interest rates. I felt as though no one was trying to hide anything from me or get me to buy something just to get a sale. I felt very taken care of for MY needs.

The overall experience that we had with Mike and Jessica at the Pre-Owned lot made me feel great about buying a vehicle. Not once did I feel intimidated, overwhelmed with information or jerked around. They were professional, approachable and made us feel very comfortable.
