I had an average experience with Escape to Mallorca. The website was easy to use and the booking process was straightforward. However, I felt that the customer service could have been improved. The villa I stayed in was nice, but it didn't meet my expectations based on the website description. Overall, it was an okay vacation, but I expected more from Escape to Mallorca.
