I've been a customer of Pacific Health Laboratories for over a year now, and my experience has been average. While their products are of good quality, I find that they are a bit overpriced compared to other companies in the market. The customer service is satisfactory, but there have been a few instances where it took longer than expected to resolve my queries. Overall, I would say they are an average company.
