As a customer of A To Z Jewelry Tools And Supply, Inc., I must say that I have had a mixed experience. While they have some good quality tools and supplies, their customer service could definitely use some improvement. There have been multiple occasions where I had to deal with rude and unhelpful staff members. However, their products are worth the occasional inconvenience.
