This place is a flipping joke....I, knowing this place was very very busy and had like an hour long line all the time, ordered online. I arrived about 10 minutes early and got in the pick-up line. It was past the due time by the time I had payed 20 minutes later. After paying I was told my food was not ready yet. I took my seat starting to loose my patience. I ended up waiting 45 minutes after my pickup time to get my food. Then I got home and they gave me about 1tablespoon of ranch for my salad. I highly recommend going to Durango's down the street they never seem to have even half the line that these guys do and their food is the same style and in my argument is better you get just as much for like 2/3 the price. Bottom line don't waist your time with this Cafe Rio it's truly sad and pathetic. Durango's is 2 minutes north and Costa vida is like 5 minutes north.
