Avant truly is wonderful. Not only do they care for the Health Care Professionals being placed around the US, but they care about their corporate staff as well. They do an incredible job of creating an environment fit for everyone. I am the type of person that needs a fast paced work environment and a job that changes often, and Avant definitely provides both. My bosses are the people you dream to work for-people who mentor you, coach you, teach you, and care about you. They truly care about building up professionals around here. I am constantly learning and my team is incredible. Working here has been very rewarding so far. I am grateful for the opportunity.
