Ordered 2 flags and poles and BOY what a ride with...

Ordered 2 flags and poles and BOY what a ride with this company. Things just weren't right and even though I pointed it out, there was no sorry, no I'll fix that right away. It was all like it was normal business. I placed the order and then got told I it was in production to be then told they have a problem and haven't got proof, only for me to email saying are you sure ? Then it was like - oh no sorry we have proof I meant we need a size for your poles.

I explained I have brought poles and everything needed for you to do this order. They said that we didn't order poles, only then to be told AGAIN , no wait you have. They then just send out the flags NOT the poles - I have to ring to chase the poles they then send them out on another delivery.
I Ordered on 6th feb and delivered on 9th March and they've had ample chances to rectify my disappointment, but nothing so for my experience it's a 1 star.
