Knowledge Matters has been an okay company to work with. The website is easy to use and the content is quite helpful. However, I have experienced a few technical issues during my time as a customer. The customer support team was responsive and helped me resolve the problems, but I still think there is room for improvement. Overall, it's a decent experience.
