Last month in November I did not receive two of my billing statements. One was my life insurance and the other was from AT&T. A few days ago AT&T asked me to update my address because they received my billing statement back as having a non deliverable address. I have received their bill by mail several months prior. There's nothing wrong with the address that they have. And as you know they are computer generated identically every month. I have not heard from my life insurance company.
